Publicity
Since the embryonic formation of our research group, we have
always placed great emphasis on informing people of the practical aspects of our work, and
as a result have performed numerous demonstrations to all sorts of
people over the years, as well as attracting a great deal of mainstream television, radio and newspaper
publicity.
The benefits accrued from this approach are many - aside from gaining attention for our
work and our sponsors, we enjoy meeting people and gaining mutual benefit from discussions
with them. On a more practical note, live public demonstrations tend to provide a very
challenging test bed for our systems!
